Returns

Step 1
Please return the item in its original packaging and in undamaged condition. Seal the package with clear packing tape; do not use duct tape or other non-standard materials.

Step 2
Include both your return address and our delivery address clearly on the package. It is essential that we can identify who the return is from. Failure to do so may result in delays or issues with courier services such as PostNL or DPD, or prevent us from accepting the return.

Step 3
Notify us of your return by email at info@darsafrancouture.nl. We appreciate it if you briefly mention the reason for your return. Once your right of return has been exercised and we receive your IBAN or refund account details, we will process your refund within 10 working days.

Please ensure you provide us with proof of shipment. This can be in the form of a shipping receipt from PostNL, DPD, or another carrier, or an email confirmation from the courier.

Step 4
Send the parcel using PostNL, DPD, or another reliable UK courier. The shipping or pickup costs are your responsibility. We appreciate your understanding regarding this.

Please note: If the goods arrive damaged, used, or not in compliance with our return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
